We enjoyed our stay at the resort, especially the clean private beach which offered stunning views. Our junior suite was spacious, and although some amenities could use an update, the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Staff were polite, yet our experience at the front desk could have been more welcoming. A highlight was definitely the ample outdoor patio space, making it perfect for dining outside. However, the room towels were in need of a refresh.
The hotel has a stunning beach location, right on the Sea of Cortez, which is its biggest highlight. Though we found the staff generally friendly and the premises clean, the room itself felt quite outdated and didn't meet the expected standards for a resort. There were numerous maintenance issues throughout the property, and the dining options were both limited and disappointing. Overall, it offers beautiful views but lacks the quality and amenities that justify its resort pricing.
My stay had its ups and downs. While the location is stunning with a beautiful beach and the room was spacious, the overall experience was marred by poor service and cleanliness issues. The pool was not usable, and I definitely expected more for the price I paid.
I had a mix of experiences at this resort. The junior suite was comfortable and had a lovely outdoor patio, plus the private beach was truly the highlight of my stay. However, my initial experience was marred by issues with maintenance and service. It felt like the resort was struggling with upkeep, which overshadowed some of the positives.
My stay at this resort was a bit of a mixed bag. The beach was absolutely beautiful, and I enjoyed the ambiance. However, I faced challenges with my room assignments and some service issues. I appreciated the small kitchenette in the room, but the dining experience at the restaurant could use some improvement. Overall, it's a good place if you're looking for a beach getaway, but be prepared for a few hiccups.
